Your eyes will feast upon the sight of the beautiful orange-bellied parrots, yellow-collared lovebirds, and the kori bustard, the heaviest bird capable of flight. With over 550 bird species, Tarangire National Park is truly a birder’s paradise.
The park also has several carnivores, including lions, leopards, and cheetahs. Witnessing these predators in action, especially during the dry season when animals congregate near the river, is an experience not to be missed.
Your one-day adventure begins early in Arusha, Tanzania's safari capital.
